Have your login ready, use stable Wi‑Fi, and tap Allow when the app asks for file access. If you get stuck, contact support with your device and the step that fails, contact us.

Please be aware that we have a dedicated app for android and specific apps for iOS and Windows. For security reasons, you cannot just use any random IPTV app of your choosing. This is for your own protection to keep the service up and running as best can be.
